RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Vintage Whippet, we want you to love your order. Because we offer both genuine vintage collectables and furniture, our returns policy works slightly differently depending on the item.

VINTAGE COLLECTABLES

Each vintage item we sell is one-of-a-kind and may show signs of age, wear, or character consistent with its history.

We do not accept returns on vintage collectables unless the item arrives damaged in transit or is significantly not as described.

Please check product photos and descriptions carefully before purchase. 

If you need more details about a piece, we’re always happy to help before you order.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

1. Contact us at hello@vintagewhippet.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number, photos of the issue (if damaged/faulty), and a brief description. 
3. We’ll confirm next steps, including return instructions if applicable.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the item was faulty.

RETURN SHIPPING

If an item needs to be returned, customers are responsible for return postage, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/faulty item.

For vintage collectables, we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged on return.
