SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Vintage Whippet, we keep shipping simple, reliable, and UK-focused. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship within the UK only.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

48 hrs from Vintage collectables being packed and posted. 

Please note: Some vintage collectables may take an extra day or two to carefully prepare and package.

WHY IS SHIPPING COST WHAT IT  IS?

We use Royal Mail Tracked and pack vintage items carefully with protective materials. The price covers secure delivery and proper packaging.

Why is shipping the same for multiple items?
We charge one flat rate per order, so you’re not penalised for buying more than one item. Where possible, items are packed together safely.

When is shipping free?
UK shipping is free on orders over £75.

 

HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?

Genuine vintage collectables are carefully packed by us and shipped via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on size, weight, and value.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?

Yes — all orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE FOR COLLECTABLES?

We use Royal Mail or DPD, which include insurance and secure handling.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL COLLECTION?

We can offer local collection for furniture and other items by appointment.

FURNITURE SHIPPING AND COLLECTION POLICY

Our refurbished vintage furniture pieces are unique, often one-of-a-kind items. Due to their size and weight, delivery and collection work differently from our smaller parcels:

Local Delivery – For furniture we may be able to deliver within a set local radius. Please contact us before purchasing to check availability and costs.

National UK Delivery – We do not currently offer nationwide courier services for furniture. Buyers are welcome to arrange their own courier, and we will work with them to ensure a safe handover

Workshop Collection – Furniture can be collected directly from our workshop by appointment.

Measurements – Please check all measurements listed on the product page carefully to ensure the piece will fit your intended space.
