This is a pair of mid-century Spatter, End of Day, or marbled fish.  They feature a colourful marbled design with clear glass fins.

While this style is frequently attributed to Murano (Italy) due to its vibrant colours and handcrafted look, it is also characteristic of Bohemian/Czech art glass from the mid-20th century.
