Available in our Booth, a striking pair of vintage hand-blown art glass fish dating from the mid-20th century.

While this style is frequently attributed to Murano (Italy) due to its vibrant colours and handcrafted look, it is also characteristic of Bohemian/Czech art glass from the mid-20th century. 

Beautifully formed with clear applied fins and tails, each fish features flowing internal ribbon decoration in vibrant shades of cobalt blue, ruby red, amber, white and black, creating a wonderful sense of movement and depth within the glass.

Handcrafted using traditional glassmaking techniques, each fish displays its own unique pattern, making the pair wonderfully complementary while retaining individual character.

Ideal as decorative sculptures for a bookshelf, sideboard, coffee table or display cabinet, these timeless pieces add colour and personality to both contemporary and vintage interiors.
